What Resources Are Out There For PLAB 1 Preparation | Q & A With Doctor Ahmed

Doctors studying for the PLAB 1 exam can access several resources that are designed to streamline your studies for the exam. The majority of resources out there for the PLAB 1 exam include MCQ question banks some with explanations and some without. However, there are very few providers who can bring the MCQs to life. In PLAB 1 Discussions, our Medical Educators present an MCQ, the options and the correct answers. Crucially, however, we also explain why the correct answer is correct in order to help you to understand how the GMC would like you to answer these questions.

A variety of study methods and resources is incredibly helpful for PLAB 1 preparation because, otherwise, knowing where and when to start can be incredibly challenging. In this Q&A video, Dr. Ahmed reveals his journey to the UK via the PLAB route and he recalls just how difficult it was for him to find support tailored for overseas doctors. It is one of the reasons why we're so passionate about assisting International Medical Graduates through your PLAB journeys too.
