They've sent us the grades in numbers... I think I've got 4Bs...Am I right?

It was a hot afternoon in July when Doctor S. first arrived at the centre, having just arrived in London a few weeks before.
As an experienced Mastologist and Gynaecologist who trained in Brazil, she was drawn to the thriving breast cancer departments in London and sought to make a difference.
With a choice of either IELTS or OET, she surveyed both exams and decided that she preferred the OET. She felt that her experience as a doctor and her strong language skills would make this an efficient choice and opted for our 3-week OET (Medicine) preparation course.
During this time, Doctor S was an exemplary OET learner. She was engaged and engaging, studious and an absolute pleasure to assist. It was therefore no surprise when she emailed to ask:
"I am sending my results to you. They've sent to us the grades in numbers. I think I have got 4 Bs. Please let me know if I am right."
She was indeed correct: 420 in Listening (B); 380 in Reading (B); 360 in Speaking (B) and 350 in Writing (B).
