It’s always incredible when our nurses are here for the NMC OSCE 3 or 5 day course. As their final stage before the NMC registration, the stakes are high meaning that an effective OSCE course is a must. Our NMC OSCE course is delivered over 3 or 5 days and is based on the NMC criteria. We deliver the programme in three coordinated stages where Day 1 consists of APIE and Day 2 consists on a focus on NMC OSCE Skills. The pièce de résistance is saved for Day 3 where we stage an NMC Mock Examination on the ward. For nurses who would like to work on any areas of weakness, identified by the Mock Examination, our 5-day option allows you to do just that. Training in pairs with our Clinical Educator, you will be given the opportunity and support to consolidate your knowledge and prepare for first time NMC OSCE success.
We have a 98% first time pass rate and a 100% second time pass rate for our NMC OSCE course, making this an incredibly successful 3 or 5 days.
