Our next NMC OSCE for Midwives course is on 06/09 - are you ready?

If you are an international midwife who would like to practise as a midwife in the UK, please think carefully about your route. You see some NHS Trusts would prefer that international midwives qualify as nurses and then (if you wish) undertake post-registration training to practice midwifery here in the UK. It's long; we know. However, in the UK a midwife is considered an independent practitioner and you'll need to be ready to a) practise your profession again and b) do so in a completely new environment with new policies, laws and processes. Plus, in terms of post-registration job opportunities, here in the UK there is greater demand for nurses than midwives.
If, however, you're aware of the risks involved and are pursuing the midwifery-path (IELTS/OET and CBT (Midwifery) then we've got your back.
Here at IELTS Medical, our NMC Course for Midwives is Consultant (highest level of Midwifery practise)-led. We offer 3, 4 and 5 day courses that cover all of the aspects of the NMC Midwifery exam including APIE for Midwives and all OSCE Midwifery Skills. Our expert-midwife led team has the formula to help you pass your NMC Midwifery OSCE the first time.
Practising in our purpose-built OSCE course and practice rooms, we have all of the materials and equipment you need to prepare for your NMC OSCE Midwifery exam.
AND guess what? Through partnerships with local (we're in London) hospitals, we’ll even assist with making your transition into UK practice as smooth as possible. Our next NMC OSCE course for midwives is around the corner on Sunday 6th September, 2020 at 09:00 am.
