The National Health Service (NHS) has a great reputation and is a well-respected national employer. It offers a great and transparent pay scheme, with many perks, benefits, and one of the most generous pension schemes. Some of the benefits include length of the working week, holidays, and great and fast career progression opportunities. You will also have flexible working opportunities to keep a good work-life balance, and to look after your wellbeing and your family. The NHS six values are: working together for patients; respect and dignity; commitment to quality of care; compassion; improving lives; everyone counts.
