AI is very prominent in News cycles and in conversations in terms of business development as of 2023, the technology is becoming increasingly adopted by businesses of all sizes.
It’s ability to scale up business functions and services is very valuable. This is an area of opportunity that IELTS Medical are excited to be exploring, there are benefits to the way training can be provided in a remote setting, increasingly important in todays global world.
AI can benefit Healthcare Training by enabling training to be provided at any time (24/7 remotely), this means that IELTS Medical will be able to train much larger cohorts of learners from all across the world.
Whilst remote training has been an established method of training for many years. On a large scale, it has not yet been able to replicate the same immersive nature and realism of in-person training solutions.
With the use of AI and VR, IELTS Medical can make our courses just as immersive as the in-person alternatives with a virtual hospital learning environment, realistic training movements similar to that which would be carried out in in-person training and glove input rather that controller or joystick.
This will increase realism of learning and knowledge retention.
Also, having VR-AI training technology means class sizes are no longer going to be an issue. IELTS Medical have a maximum class size of 60 learners which is great, but with VR-AI remote training the class sizes will become unlimited!
