Upcoming events and things to do in London in July
Summer is very much in full flow in the UK, why not get outside and make the most of this glorious English weather? Sooner than we know it will be back to gloomy days and early nights!
We understand that whilst you are not training at our central London HQ you will want to unwind and experience all that this great city can offer, the summer really brings the city to life.
Included in this blogpost is a list of upcoming events and things to do in the capital during this month of July, most events included here go on through the year however some events included here are time specific so be sure to double check.
Upcoming things to do in July 2023
The world-famous Wimbledon Tennis Championships begin on 3rd July and run until the 16th. In various spots in the city pop up screens will enable you to catch the action if you’re not one of the lucky ones with a ticket!
Enjoy an evening of entertainment at the Dulwich Comedy Experience with the hilarious Ed Gamble. An exciting stand-up night with top comedians in South-East London. This event is in the evening of the 28th July.
Fearn Cotton's happy place festival is a great way to get your wellness fix this summer. Features talks, craft sessions, yoga classes and great live music to dance to and enjoy! Head over to Chiswick House on the 15th – 16th July to check it out.
The Royal Academy of Arts summer exhibition runs through the entirety of July and until August 20th. Sculpture, prints, paintings and photography all on show, there’s something for everyone to enjoy at this beautiful exhibition.
Experience great live music in a fantastic setting at Greenwich Summer Sounds, head over to the Old Royal Naval College and see Nile Rogers and Chic (4 Jul), Sir Tom Jones (6 Jul), Black Eyed Peas (7 Jul) and Kaiser Chiefs (8 Jul).
