NMC OSCE Preparation Results October
The OSCE October results are through and we are incredibly proud of the 16 nurses who have all now sat their exams and are UK registered band 5 nurses in London, Greater London, Bedford and Glasgow. Of the 16 nurses, the learning needs of 13 of them were met by our 3-Day OSCE course that consists of APIE, OSCE Skills and an OSCE Mock Examination. The other 3 felt that they needed more support and opted for the 5-Day course which provided them with additional, more personalised 1 to 1 tuition with our Clinical Educators.
Nurses, regardless of your learning needs as an overseas qualified nurse, we have you covered.
For an optimal OSCE experience, we recommend that you register at least 4 weeks before your examination. We also strongly recommend that you attend the course at least one week before your examination. This is to allow you time to deal with any issues that may be highlighted by the mock examination. It also gives you ample time to liaise with our Nursing Education Team if you have any doubts that need clarification.
What to expect here
We will send you a pre-course book when you register, giving you ample time to read and digest the information that you need to learn (that we guide you through on the online platform that we also give you access to).
We will give you access to our online quizzes and videos so that you can check as you go along. You can also chat to the course attendees that you will meet during the course in London.
Post course, we provide you with homework and support via Whatsapp and email. Should you wish to, you can also drop into our centre in the city for additional skills practice.
